KTiC is on an island, just opposite the creek of Karachi.  KTiC will comprise of a high quality physical environment with an advanced telecommunications infrastructure for indigenous and inward investment technology companies.  KTiC will become a hub of technology and knowledge based activity with strong diffusion impact throughout Pakistan.

The Park, which will be home to a number of inward investment projects, will have a core facility for incubating and growing new Pakistani & international technology companies and will include a number of spin-off campus enterprises.  The Park will be linked to a global network of such centres.

KTiC will attract Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and with the enterprise support systems and venture capital funding facilitated by AccessCAPITAL LLC and EDP Services, Inc., a positive environment will exist for nurturing and growing Pakistani SME’s.

Its mission is to help launch growing technology-based companies whose success will provide economic benefits and employment opportunities to the residents of Karachi City.  KTiC is a 250 acres island located just offshore Karachi Creek.

KTiC is designed to expand and provide maximum internal and external flexibility so that space can be readily modified to fit the needs of tenants as they enter KTiC and as they expand and move out into the Park, or elsewhere in the state.  The central administration area will consist of offices for Park management, an auditorium and meeting space for client companies, as well as staff and support services.

KTiC will be a business innovation facility–a business incubator designed to encourage the development of new and emerging companies with technology-oriented products or services.  It will include individual offices, office clusters, and flexible technology or light manufacturing bays.

It will be a truly collaborative effort, involving the KCDG and several other organizations affiliated with regional businesses and industry.

KTiC is intended to provide specific long-term advantages to tenants and helpmeet their developmental and operational needs.  Some of the key advantages enjoyed by the tenants in the Tech Park will include:
